🌱 There is no one solution that fits all in this world. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise.

🎶 If we are genuinely doing the best we can do in each present moment that is all we can ask of ourselves.

🧘‍♀️ If you don't regularly meditate or never tried it before, give yourself the gift of at least 15 minutes of quiet time sometime in the next week. 1 week has 168 hours or 10, 080 minutes.

🌿 For 15 minutes out of 10, 080 minutes. Put your phone down, take deep breaths and give yourself permission to stop. Focus on nature, listen to the birds, zero in and look at how a flower is made, cloud gaze. Just stop your busy-ness and marvel at what you normally overlook in your everyday life.

💫 Take the time to reflect, congratulate yourself on your successes, no matter how small.

💚 You are so worth it.
