Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a growing shift in how people talk about their experiences in sound relaxation 🤔

Many describe finally feeling safe, held, and able to truly relax in a way they haven’t experienced before.

At the same time, I also hear increasingly more reflections from people whose previous experiences left them feeling unsettled or overwhelmed, often without any context or consideration of individual needs.

After 16 years in this field, I believe this points to something important.

We are all carrying very different life experiences, and how a session is held matters deeply 🤍

This isn’t about criticism.

It’s about awareness, education, and raising the standard of how we work with people in sound.

I care deeply about this work, and that’s why I speak up 🙏
