MYTH ❌ Fibre = Good poops.

Any IBS female will tell you she’s tried increasing her fibre..

Will you she drinks water.

Will tell you she’s done celiac testing, colonoscopies, blood work.. and her GP has said everything is “fine”

Here’s the truth: in an unhealthy gut.. more fibre = more gas.

You’re just feeding the bacteria NOT clearing them.

To be able to digest a “healthy” diet, you need to heal your gut..

And this starts with a high protein diet, a stool test & removing inflammatory bacteria.

❌More water, more fibre, more probiotics will only make you WORSE! (no matter what your GP says!)

What makes you poo? 💩

👉Coffee? Colonics? Laxatives?

Most women I work with come to me with a reliance on laxatives..

Especially the active ones - because you can’t workout, run or strength train with a heap of 💩 inside you!

👉But it’s STILL constipation (even if your bowels are moving)… because the moment we take AWAY the support you shut up shop.

This isn’t healthy long term.
