Hi all, unfortunately I have to fly to Adelaide on the first flight out in the morning for family reasons. I've got covers for most of my classes but have had to cancel a few. Please keep an eye on your emails for any cancellation emails. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Monday to Friday at 10am. Bring your baby or toddler in a bouncer or pram, park them next to you and reach your movement goals!

Baby Beside Reformer is our baby‑friendly reformer class designed for any parent or caregiver wanting to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and move safely — with baby right beside you in their pram or bouncer.

This session blends reformer work with grounding mat‑based strength to support your postnatal recovery from the inside out. We focus on the biomechanics that matter most after birth: reconnecting with your deep core, strengthening your pelvic floor, improving hip and back stability, and retraining the muscles you rely on every day as you lift, carry, rock, and care for your little one.

Every movement is individually adjusted to your stage of recovery, your birth experience, and your current strength level. Expect slower transitions, breath‑led activation, and targeted work to support your spine, pelvis, and shoulders — the areas that take the biggest load in early parenthood.

Dads and non‑birthing parents are absolutely welcome too. This class supports anyone who spends their day lifting, carrying, and holding their baby, helping you build the functional strength and postural endurance needed to move confidently and comfortably.

PRENATAL mums are welcome to attend - we do have pregnancy wedges to support you.

A calm, supportive space to strengthen, restore, and reconnect — with baby right beside you.
