Central Dermatology Clinic is honoured to be a proud sponsor of the Australian Doctors Orchestra Charity Concert in support of Bloomhill Cancer Care.

This special performance brings together doctors from across Australia who share a passion for music, with all proceeds helping to support the incredible work of Bloomhill Cancer Care on the Sunshine Coast.

We are especially proud that Dr Christina Sander, dermatologist at Central Dermatology Clinic, will be performing in the cello section of the orchestra.

Let’s be honest… adults usually ask, “Will this hurt?” 😅

Kids? They ask the really important questions:
🎈 “Can I keep the balloon?”
🩹 “Do I get a sticker?”
🦖 “Can you check my dinosaur’s skin too?”

We absolutely love caring for our young patients. Whether it’s eczema, acne, birthmarks, warts, rashes or anything in between, our team works hard to make every visit as relaxed, fun and stress-free as possible, for both children and their parents.

Because healthy skin is important at every age… and a smile at the end of the appointment is always our favourite outcome. 💙

This week I had the privilege of attending an inspiring lecture by Professor John Griffiths, presented by the Skin Health Insitute in Melbourne.
After so many years in dermatology, I still love attending lectures that challenge my thinking and remind me why I entered dermatology in the first place. Thank you Professor Griffiths for an inspiring evening discussing skin ageing, psoriasis, nutrition, longevity, the future of medicine and the importance of purpose, hope and love in living a healthy life.
