Soaking in the gratitude - Thank you Sri Lanka
This Soulful Getaway was way more adventure then I could have imagined!!

Just a glimpse into the week of safari, waterfalls, tea fields, dinner with new friends, yoga with old buddies, temples, total downpour, giggles galore and more.

So honored for the friendships made and deepened on this trip. I knew it was going to be epic when about a year ago my friend Sammy started helping me plan this. And thanks to our fabulous driver and guide Roshan for showing us all the secret spots. (ALWAYS trust your guides recommendations!)

This world is too magnificent not to visit new places, connect with strangers, learn about different traditions.

This year has been a journey, and it’s about to get even more epic. And I can’t wait to share it with you!

I’ve been feeling so honoured and excited to be learning from some fab teachers in California. Catching up with my mentors and meeting new friends. My inspired cup is feeling very full 🥂💕

Can’t wait to share what I’ve been learning, it goes further then what you feel in the exercise, my senses feel heightened.

There’s been this beautiful growth, from years being apart, we all evolve, and change. Reminds me to never stop learning. Never stop growing. Never stop being a student!

Love and gratitude to me mentors and new friends… beyond what words can express.

Thanks lilieyerman for the fab session! Lovin the body collective and congrats Tiffany Briggs on such a welcoming studio for people to fall in love with Pilates in so many ways!

Reflecting on an incredible weekend diving deep into all things Alignment, Anatomy, Prenatal/Postnatal & Menopause Wellness at Neaumix Fit! 💙🙌

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing Melissa and the wonderful, mindful teachers for creating such a welcoming space to learn, question, grow, and geek out over movement together! 🫶✨

As Pilates instructors, we have such an important opportunity to support people through the positions their bodies spend hours in every day, and to better understand the natural journey of women’s bodies through every stage of life. 🌸🤰💪

“I was surprised to learn about the benefits of reversing the Pilates breath in the third trimester to support delivery and recovery.”

“Understanding that we need to fix what’s below to protect what’s above.”

These specialty workshops remind me why I LOVE teaching. Watching instructors connect the dots, epiphany moments, build confidence, and leave inspired to better support their clients is the best feeling. 💞

Mindful steps this morning walking the Malabar Headlands with some beautiful souls 🌅💛 thank you for your donations and energy shared towards Dementia Research.

Sharing the sunrise, honouring the moment, and dedicating the energy and presence of this morning to my mum. Grateful for the reminder to slow down, pause to look a little closer, breathe in the surroundings, and cherish the people we love.

I’ve been feeling like a very lucky mama. Celebrating 39 years of life surrounded by my loves, laughter, and life adventures.

Just a couple sweet memories over the past month. Also beaming from seeing a musical with my girly Raini, thanks to Katie for getting us epic tics!
