This Switch practice has been operating since 1989 and is a popular and well respected local business. All of our practitioners spend more one-on-one time with clients and can therefore get to the cause of the problem as well as being able to treat the symptoms. At Switch in Maroubra we focus on fast and long lasting results for our Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Acupuncture and Psychology patients. Switch’s Physiotherapists take the time to tailor an individual Physiotherapy treatment and management plan for each patient. We concentrate on finding the cause of your condition and treat it using a variety of Physiotherapy methods, and where indicated, appropriate referral to other members of our team. Paired with manual therapy, it's one of the tools we use to help loosen tight tissue and improve blood flow to the area, especially useful for muscle tension and recovery from training load.

With 5+ years of experience, Mark is all about finding the why behind your pain, not just treating the sore spot — exactly why we knew he’d be a great fit for SWITCH.

He loves problem-solving, understanding how you move and putting together a plan to get you back to doing what you love.

A big sports fan himself, Mark has played cricket, golf, soccer and tennis, competed in triathlons, run plenty of races and is taking on the Sydney Marathon this year🏃‍♂️

Something we’re really excited to share. 👏

We’re teaming up with Zoe from Fika Nutrition to bring together two key parts of movement, recovery and wellness: physiotherapy and nutrition.

Episode 1 is all about recovery after your long runs and race day, because the work doesn’t stop once you cross the finish line.

We’ve got plenty more coming over the next few weeks, covering everything from injury prevention and recovery to fuelling and performance, so stay tuned.

If you’ve visited SWITCH Maroubra, chances are you’ve already met Stevie! As our receptionist, she’s the friendly face welcoming you to the clinic, helping clients feel at ease, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 💚
Originally from California, Stevie made the move to Sydney just over a year ago and has quickly become an integral part of the team.

Stevie loves supporting both our clients and team every day. Whether she’s creating a warm welcome, answering questions, solving problems, or making sure your experience at SWITCH is seamless from start to finish, she’s happiest knowing she’s made someone’s day just a little bit easier.
