Let me know in the comments: can you still sit down and just do the thing?
Every bit of focus advice assumes the problem is that you're not trying hard enough. Grip harder, block the sites, build the streak. And for some people on some days that works.
But if you're the kind of tired where you can't settle to anything, more grip is the wrong tool, because grip is effort and you've already run out of that. A body that's running hot can't sit still, and neither can your attention. Spend a whole day being pulled in four directions and by the evening there's nothing left in you that can hold still.
So the way in is calmer, not tighter. Your attention is one of the few things that's really yours.
Put 'TOOLKIT' in the comments and I'll send you the Tired & Wired Toolkit, fourteen tools for when your body's tired and your head won't switch off. You don't need all fourteen.
Tired & Wired is my community for when you used to be able to sit down and do the thing, and now you can't. There's a weekly live class, courses you can work through, tools to reduce stress and sleep better, and a room of people who are just like you. Attention training is most of what we do in there, and it's a lot easier when you're not doing it on your own. It doesn't cost anything to join, the first seven days are free, and you can cancel at any time. Put 'Wired' in the comments and I'll send you the link to join for free, or you can join here: https://skool.com/chibs
