When's the last time you had longer than 15 minutes with a health professional?

Your first appointment is 90 minutes because we’re not just addressing a single concern. We're building a complete picture of your health.

This includes:

✔️ Medical history (past illnesses, family history, medications)
✔️ Current symptoms
✔️ Diet & Lifestyle (sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise)
✔️ Initial treatment plan

At the end of the appointment, you'll walk away with a personalised plan that's specific to your health and actually fits your lifestyle.

We offer telehealth appointments across Australia.

If you’ve been living with Endometriosis you know how confusing, exhausting, and isolating is can feel.

We created these small group shared appointments

The New Leaf Endo Group is a structured, evidence-based program for women with diagnosed endometriosis or adenomyosis, led by naturopath Hannah Boyd.

We work through gut health, immune regulation, inflammation, pain patterns, nervous system stress responses, hormonal rhythms, and the mental and emotional load that comes with all of it

The group is capped at six women, so alongside personalised, one-on-one guidance, you also get the support of others who genuinely understand what you're going through.

✨ Five live clinical sessions
✨ Online via Zoom
✨ Maximum 6 women
✨ New Intake starts Friday 7th August

If you've been dealing with recurrent thrush, you know how frustrating it is.

Yes it’s uncomfortable but we also know the impact that it can have on your relationships, your confidence, and your quality of life.

And for something so common, it can still feel… a bit embarrassing to talk about (even though it really shouldn’t be).

Often, the focus is just on treating the symptoms but at New Leaf, we investigate why you keep getting them.

We look at:
✨ vaginal microbiome health
✨ hormone balance
✨ immune function
✨ antibiotic history
✨ stress, diet, & gut health

Then we create a personalised plan using herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, probiotic supper & lifestyle interventions.

You don’t have to accept recurring infection as part of your daily life.

There are answers. Let us help you find them.

The moral of the story is that it’s rarely just one thing.

Vaginal health is responsive. To stress, to hormones, to medications, to what’s happening in the body as a whole.

It doesn’t usually shift in isolation (even though it can feel like it’s come out of nowhere).

Which is why quick fixes so often miss the mark.

Creams or medications can help with the symptoms but they might miss the underlying causes.

If you've been struggling with recurrent infections, unexplained discomfort, or just know something's off, we can help.

Wait, why does my period feel different every month?

Good question! And it's exactly what we're unpacking in our August Naturopathy Explained session.

We're getting into what's actually happening hormonally at each phase of your cycle, why period pain, irregularity or PMS show up, and how stress, sleep and diet are quietly running the show behind the scenes. Real naturopathic care, real answers, not just "that's normal, deal with it."

It's a small, live group session with Hannah, so you get the education and one-on-one attention to your own cycle in the same hour.

New to New Leaf? Come along — no existing treatment plan required.
Curious about naturopathy and want to know how we approach things? This is a great way to learn about our New Leaf approach.

PCOS officially has a new name: PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome).

It's about time.

The old name, PCOS, was misleading. It implied the condition was all about ovarian cysts when the reality is more complicated than that.

PMOS affects your hormones, your metabolism, your immune system, your gut, your stress response, and multiple body systems. Calling it "polycystic o***y syndrome" obscured what was actually happening.

So why does this matter?

1️⃣ The old name led to delayed diagnosis. People were told their symptoms didn't match PCOS because they didn't have visible cysts. Doctors missed diagnoses because they were looking for the wrong thing.

2️⃣ It contributed to fragmented care. If you’re focused on "ovarian cysts," you miss the hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, and systemic issues that actually need addressing.

3️⃣ A name focused on "cysts" made the condition feel like a reproductive problem only. It ignored that it's a whole-body endocrine and metabolic disorder that affects energy, mood, skin, digestion, and fertility.

Are you living with PMOS? Book a consultation to learn more about how naturopathic care can support you.
