Today is R U OK? Day.

Now as much as it is an important question and we need to ask it there are lots of people who worry about being a burden, worrying other people or do not deserve the help when needed. Plus a lot of Autistic individuals have been taught in the past to give a scripted yes answer. So what else can we say??

Did you know i am happy to help if you need it?

These questions can be a great way of opening up some conversation for those who may struggle with being able to honestly say they are not ok
