Our staff came together in a sea of red to celebrate "Red Day”, highlighting the importance of Standard 1 – Person-Centred Care.

It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, connection, and meaningful moments as we recognised and celebrated each resident as a unique individual with their own story, preferences, and identity.

From vibrant outfits to shared laughter, Red Day was a reminder that at Havilah, everything we do starts with the person ❤️

🌟 Celebrating Our Volunteers – National Volunteer Week 2026🌟

At Havilah, we are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and dedication of our volunteers who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

This week at Heath House, we were proud to recognise one of our wonderful volunteers, Sue, who was presented with a Volunteer Recognition Pack in appreciation of her happy and engaging support to our residents 💐

Volunteers like Sue bring warmth, companionship, and joy into our homes, and their generosity of time truly enriches the lives of those we care for.

🏇 A Day at the Harness Racing! 🏇

What a fantastic outing for our residents at Havilah as they enjoyed a day at the harness racing!

There were plenty of smiles, excitement, and great conversations throughout the day, with everyone sharing how much they enjoyed the experience. A special mention to Kevin and Trevor, who had an absolute ball!

We are so proud to create meaningful moments like this for our residents, and we extend our thanks to our wonderful staff, especially Tegan and Carolyn, for organising such a memorable day.
