At Livability Care Australia, we know that the heart of everything we do is our team. Every day, they go above and beyond to support our participants with kindness, compassion and dedication, and today we're taking a moment to recognise three individuals who have made a particularly meaningful impact this month.

She demonstrates our core values of Compassion and Respect by treating every participant with kindness, dignity, and patience while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to every shift make her a highly valued and respected member of the team.

Rebecca has made a significant impact in her role as Service Coordinator through her dedication, compassion, and genuine care for both participants and the team. She leads with empathy, always taking the time to listen, advocate for participants' needs, and ensures their wellbeing remains at the heart of every decision. Rebecca approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, supports those around her without hesitation, and consistently leads by example. Her kindness, professionalism, and commitment have earned the trust and respect of colleagues and participants alike, making her an invaluable part of LCA and someone truly deserving of this recognition.
Olwen Truong | QLD:
Olwen has been an integral part of supporting the Queensland workforce, ensuring compliance requirements are met and operational issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Her genuine care and compassion in supporting our services make her a highly valued member of the team.
Olwen consistently demonstrates accountability for her work and takes ownership of her responsibilities. She embodies strong organisational values, builds positive relationships with colleagues, and consistently displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Her approachable and supportive nature has earned the trust and respect of the teams she works with, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
