Presenting Cooper and his photo gallery from a fantastic day out at the Willunga Almond Blossom Festival! 🌸✨

Although he was a little nervous at first with the large crowds, Cooper soon settled in and embraced the day. From enjoying a hot dog, potato skewer, ice cream, and a warm hot chocolate to showing off his basketball skills, there was plenty to keep him smiling. 🏀🌭

The perfect ending to an amazing day was watching the spectacular fireworks light up the night sky.

We hope you had a lot of fun Cooper!

A callback to June 2026!

Do you recognise anyone from these photos? 👀 Well, these are our superstar Employee of the Month awardees for June 2026.

We recently celebrated their official award presentation, a way to jointly recognise the outstanding care, dedication, and compassion they bring to our participants every single day. A huge congratulations once again to our June 2026 South Australia winners, Lalita and Dhaval! 👏💙

💜 A special note for our amazing Queensland team: We're still putting the finishing touches on a few logistics as we roll out this new recognition process. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—we can't wait to celebrate our QLD superstars very soon! 🎉

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Livability Care Australia is proud to be a Major Sponsor of the Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs Expo, presented by Mingle Co. and the City of Charles Sturt.

We're incredibly excited to see this event come to life after first connecting with Violeta Abarzua in the early planning stages. From the very beginning, her vision has been to create a platform that champions neurodivergent individuals, with a strong focus on meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities to thrive.

So, you can imagine our excitement when we learned that the expo's 50 market stalls will be prioritised for neurodivergent entrepreneurs to showcase their incredible products, talents, and businesses—while earning the income they deserve from their hard work and creativity.

We can't wait to be part of this inspiring event and celebrate the innovation, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit within our community. 💙

What better way to end the week than by celebrating some truly amazing people?

At Livability Care Australia, we know that the heart of everything we do is our team. Every day, they go above and beyond to support our participants with kindness, compassion and dedication, and today we're taking a moment to recognise three individuals who have made a particularly meaningful impact this month.

A huge congratulations to our July Employee of the Month recipients:

💙 Rebecca Rowena Barleta
💙 Nisha Chaudhary
💙 Olwen Truong

Nisha Chaudhary | SA:

Nisha has consistently demonstrated dedication and commitment to providing high-quality support since joining the team. She quickly adapted to working across multiple sites and has consistently received positive feedback from participants for her caring and professional approach. Nisha leads by example in maintaining compliance and consistently follows organisational policies and procedures. She demonstrates our core values of Compassion and Respect by treating every participant with kindness, dignity, and patience while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to every shift make her a highly valued and respected member of the team.

Rebecca Rowena Barleta | SA:

Rebecca has made a significant impact in her role as Service Coordinator through her dedication, compassion, and genuine care for both participants and the team. She leads with empathy, always taking the time to listen, advocate for participants' needs, and ensures their wellbeing remains at the heart of every decision. Rebecca approaches every challenge with a positive attitude, supports those around her without hesitation, and consistently leads by example. Her kindness, professionalism, and commitment have earned the trust and respect of colleagues and participants alike, making her an invaluable part of LCA and someone truly deserving of this recognition.

Olwen Truong | QLD:

Olwen has been an integral part of supporting the Queensland workforce, ensuring compliance requirements are met and operational issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Her genuine care and compassion in supporting our services make her a highly valued member of the team.

Thank you all for the care you show, the positivity you bring, and the difference you make in the lives of our participants, their families, and your fellow team members.
