💙 We’re Hiring Support Workers!

East Coast Support Solutions (ECSS) is a registered NDIS provider based in Mayfield West, supporting participants across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter and the Central Coast.
We’re looking for dedicated, reliable and compassionate Support Workers who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health and disability supports.
To meet the specific preferences and needs of our participants, we are currently seeking:

🌟3 x Female Mental Health Support Workers
Applicants must:
• Be confident and comfortable providing personal care
• Hold a current Manual Handling certification
• Be available to work inactive overnight shifts when required
• Have a genuine commitment to supporting participant choice, dignity and independence

🌟 Male Mental Health Support Workers
We are also seeking active, engaging and reliable male Support Workers who enjoy building positive relationships and supporting participants to achieve their goals and engage in their community.

📍 Travel: You must be prepared to travel across Newcastle, Maitland, the Hunter and Lake Macquarie, depending on participant needs.

✨ Future opportunities: Suitable applicants may also be retained in our talent pool for future positions with ECSS.
