A thank you email from a loving family.

Dear Ellie and staff,
On behalf of everyone who attended, but especially from Val’s children we thank you for your kind, sincere and loving attention toward Mum’s send off. You have been wonderful to work with. We felt very supported. Mum was always a very good judge of character and in this instance, there is no exception.
We are truly blessed Mum chose you. You created a seamless transition and connection with her Church which has offered her sooo much over the last 40 years. It is very evident to me how much Mum received there, both in terms of the nurturing of her faith and also the steadfast human connection she needed. I loved the brochure and it has been lovingly placed upon our home altar. The music and the proceedings were all beautifully managed and I know how much care you took to ensure it was done with such grace. I was moved by your tears and am grateful of the love and care provided Mum over the years.
We are blessed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts…
