I'm in L💖VE!!!
After 10 years, I have finally re-established my herbal dispensary and it is a thing of absolute passion 😍

Being able to prescribe CUSTOM herbal formulas that are TAILORED to the individual complexities of a patient is the absolute pinnacle of practice and I am so chuffed we are able to provide this service to our patients again.

🥕🥑🥩🍗 We are Loving the updated food pyramid which returns to a priority of whole foods at the top and smaller amount of high GI foods & grains at the bottom.

This reflects what we all talk about in our clinic around giving your body bang for buck when it comes to the food groups you put in your body.

Moving away from heavily processed & packaged foods *reduces* the load of calories you're genuinely not burning in your diet and *replaces* them with nutrient rich meals thst you're body can much more readily receive, digest and absorb.

Common sense is catching up to modern health advice and we could not love it enough!
