The Relationship Strength Assessment on my website only takes about 5 minutes to complete but gives you a simple check-in across nine key relationship areas. This includes communication, trust, intimacy, connection, managing conflict and more.

And if you want to go deeper, the Personal Report has just been updated and now includes three perspectives, for yourself, your partner, and us. These three viewpoints help highlight strengths, tensions, patterns, stories and more. All helping you to see which areas of your relationship might need more care and attention.

Emotional cheating isn’t always easy to define, but it can be a signal something needs attention. It can develop slowly through private messages, deeper conversations, secrecy, or turning to someone outside the relationship for emotional connection and validation.

And in today’s world, social media, messaging apps, and even AI companions can create new grey areas around relationship boundaries.

The important thing with emotional infidelity isn’t always whether something physical happened. It’s whether emotional energy is being directed outside the relationship in a way that starts affecting trust and connection with your partner.

Explore what emotional cheating can look like in my latest article, so you can spot the signs earlier and do something about it.

Left unchecked, emotional cheating can slowly erode connection and trust, with the effects often starting to show up in other areas of your relationship too.

Try this Connected Couples conversation with your partner and explore the dreams you may not have spoken about before.

We all carry dreams inside us. Some are big and obvious. Others are quieter and can sometimes be pushed aside by our busy lives.

Your partner may be holding onto a dream you’ve never heard about before. And there may be something inside you that you’ve never quite found the words to share.

In this guided conversation, I share 10 simple questions to help you explore these hidden hopes, wishes and dreams together.

There’s no pressure to make a plan or turn every dream into reality. It's simply a chance to listen, be curious and learn something new about each other’s inner world.

You might even rediscover something important about yourself.

Do you and your partner sometimes get out of sync and end up on different wavelengths?

There may be no big argument, and no one has necessarily done anything wrong. But you’re not communicating as well as you could.

When things get missed, small issues become bigger than they need to be, and because you’re both busy, tempers can flare more easily. When important conversations keep getting put off, you can start passing each other like ships in the night.

A Weekly Couples Catch-up is a simple way to get back on the same page. It gives you time to feel heard, share how you’re feeling, talk about what’s bothering you, and recognise what’s working well and what you appreciate about each other.

It’s a top tool I use with all my couples who work with me in my Save My Marriage Program.

You can get a free PDF copy below. Simply follow the prompts and, in around 15 minutes, feel more connected, organised and aware of what’s happening in each other’s world.

It helps you feel heard, stay in tune with each other, and offer support that will make the biggest difference.

Click the link in the comments below to get your free copy of the Weekly Couples Catch-up Agenda.

Try it for yourself and see what you notice.

Do small disagreements quickly turn into much bigger arguments in your relationship?

This often happens when anger and defensiveness take over, and you or your partner start reacting rather than listening.

Try using the Emotions Explorer before things heat up. It can help you pause, look beneath your first reaction, and describe what you’re feeling more accurately.

Instead of saying:
“You never listen to me.”

You may be able to say:
“I’m feeling angry, but underneath that, I think I’m also feeling hurt and unimportant.”

That small shift can dramatically change the conversation. It helps you move away from the familiar dance of blame and defensiveness, and towards curiosity, empathy and shared understanding.

With practice, you can begin working through difficult issues with more care and sensitivity.

Browse the Emotions Explorer Quick Start Guide for a more detailed example, along with practical tips to help you communicate more kindly and effectively with your partner.
