Farewell Sally! 🥺
Generations of Physio Alive patients will know this gorgeous face (that hasn’t aged a day!) Sally has graced our desk for an incredible 23 years!! 😱

What a moment to pause and reflect!

Sal has seen us transition from a paper diary and curtained rooms in the old Perfect Fit gym, (who here remembers those days?? …Lauren was a physio student and Brea was a new grad!)… into our rooms at Field St, through renovations and building of our gym, as we opened our Aldinga rooms, through 3 directorship changes, through a multitude of physios, through the transition to electronic diaries and case notes, through the nightmare that was COVID for health practices, through our devastating IT crash and rebuild with a brand new system, marriages, breakups and babies, (SO many babies!) many of whom are now all grown up, over her long tenure.

It really isn’t going to be the same around here. Sally, you will be missed and we wish you all the very best for your new endeavours 🤗

✨Merry Christmas from the team at Physio Alive! ✨

Thank you to Maria and her wonderful team at Vasarelli’s for hosting us for our annual Christmas party as we celebrated the year that was 2025.

This year was another eventful year that saw three weddings (Jacob, Ash and Courtney), two new babies (Fiona and Megan), a physio graduation (Luella), some sad farewells (Robyn, Jess and Sally) and a warm welcome to our newest team members, Steph, Christian and Bridie.

💦 At Physio Alive, our experienced and passionate paediatric hydrotherapy team consiting of Brea, Courtney, Aleisha and Steph offer 1:1 sessions at both Seaford and McLaren Vale for both NDIS and privately funded patients.

We currently have several available places across our timetable:

Tuesdays:
1-3:30pm Seaford
2:30-5pm Mclaren Vale

Fridays:
12-5 Seaford

💦 PAEDIATRIC HYDROTHERAPY AT SEAFORD

Physio Alive have recently added new time slots to our paediatric hydrotherapy timetable at Seaford Stateswim.

Aleisha Robinson is one of our passionate and talented paediatric physiotherapists with experience working with children with complex needs. She currently has several timeslots available on Tuesdays between 1:00-3:30.

We have some great news for our hydrotherapy attendees, after a lengthy hiatus, our Monday 745am McLaren Vale class is back!!

Our current McLaren Vale timetable is now:

Monday 745am and 2pm
Tuesday 1030am
Wednesday 745am and 2pm
Friday 745am and 2pm

Classes are held at McLaren Vale lodge, a private, toasty warm and purpose built indoor pool. Programs are individually designed and classes are fully supervised by our Physiotherapists. Private health rebates apply.

✨ Many of you will know our exceptionally clever and kind physio Ashlee. She is a woman of many talents and has recently been announced as a state finalist in this years Miss Universe Australia! 🇦🇺

As a part of her quest she has been working hard to reach her fundraising goal for Toy Box Australia - a children’s charity that provides essential therapy, vital equipment, research and fun escapes. In her work as a physiotherapist she sees first hand the benefits of this fundraising.

Classes are circuit based, designed and implemented by post graduate trained women’s health physios so you can have confidence that the class will hit that sweet spot between safe and effective. 💪🏻
