Things that make me slightly nervous as a chiro 😅

And look — no judgement.
Most people are just trying to do the right thing with the info they’ve got.

But a lot of these can lead to more issues long term… especially when things get left too long or managed the wrong way.

Your body’s pretty good at telling you when something’s off — it’s just about listening to it early and getting the right guidance 💪
