• Eat a healthy diet
• Use saline nasal sprays or decongestants
• Try throat lozenges for sore throats
• Paracetamol or ibuprofen for fever or aches

💙 Body Image and Eating Disorders Awareness Week

This Body Image and Eating Disorders Awareness Week, we’re raising awareness of eating disorders, body image concerns and the importance of seeking support without shame or judgement.

Eating disorders can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, size, shape or background. They are serious mental health conditions — and recovery is possible.

Let’s challenge unrealistic body ideals, be mindful of the language we use around food and appearance, and create a culture where people feel safe to ask for help.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, reaching out to a healthcare professional or support service can be an important first step.

💙 Every body deserves respect. Every person deserves support.
