Through our partnerships with racing teams and a karting team, participants are learning pit crew skills, working alongside drivers and mechanics, building confidence, making connections and becoming valued members of the motorsport community.

Anyone can offer a thrill ride.

We’re creating real opportunities, real skills and real belonging.

🏁 JOIN THE 4179 KARTING TEAM CREW! 🏁

Have you ever wondered what it's like to be behind the scenes of a real kart racing team?

We're offering a rare opportunity to become part of the 4179 Racing crew at the Ipswich Kart Club Championship Rounds in 2026! This is your chance to get on the inside of race day, work alongside the team, assist with race preparations, support drivers, experience the excitement of competition, and be part of the action from the pit area.

📍 Location: Ipswich Kart Club, Champion Way, Willowbank

📅 Event Dates:
• Saturday 29 August 2026
• Saturday 10 October 2026
• Saturday 7 November 2026

🕘 Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

What's Included:
✅ Behind-the-scenes access to the 4179 Karting Team
✅ Support from a Wheelnutz Garage staff member
✅ Lunch provided
✅ Opportunity to build confidence, social connections and practical skills
✅ A unique motorsport experience

🚗 Participants will need to arrange their own transport to and from the venue.

We’re proud to be supporting 2 Excel teams as preparations wrap up for Round 2 of the QRDC at Queensland Raceway.

The team has been hard at work in the shed this week making sure everything is ready to hit the track tonight. From workshop prep to race-day support, it’s great to see the dedication that goes into grassroots motorsport.

Best of luck to the driver and crew this weekend. We’ll be cheering you on from pit lane.
