🩷Right now, there is a deeper healing happening both personally and collectively around the Throat Chakra.

It is a time of women learning to trust their voices, speak their truth and honour the wisdom that has always been within them.

But this truth doesn't begin in the throat. It rises from the womb.

It begins with reconnecting to our wants, needs, desires, passions and emotions. The parts of ourselves we may have silenced, ignored or pushed aside in order to meet expectations or keep the peace.

As we heal and reconnect with these deeper parts of ourselves, our voice becomes a reflection of who we truly are.
