🌿 World Wellbeing Week

World Wellbeing Week is a wonderful reminder to pause and focus on the things that support our overall wellbeing — physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
It’s an opportunity to celebrate the small habits that help us feel grounded, connected, and healthy.

Whether it’s taking a walk, checking in with a friend, practising mindfulness, eating well, or simply giving yourself a moment to breathe, every step counts.

Let’s use this week to prioritise wellbeing in all its forms and encourage those around us to do the same.

Men’s Health Week

Men’s Health Week is a reminder of how important it is for men to take time for their physical and mental wellbeing.
This week encourages men of all ages to check in on their health, start conversations, and make positive changes that support long‑term wellbeing.

Small steps make a big difference — whether it’s booking a check‑up, staying active, eating well, or reaching out for support when it’s needed.

Let’s use this week to look after ourselves and the men in our lives.

🎗️ Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month, a time to highlight one of Australia’s most common — and most treatable — cancers when detected early.
Raising awareness helps save lives by encouraging people to learn the symptoms, understand their risk, and take screening seriously.

Bowel cancer can affect anyone, but early detection makes a huge difference. If you’re aged 50–74, the free home screening test is one of the most effective ways to catch bowel cancer early.

Let’s use this month to start conversations, support loved ones, and promote the importance of screening and early action.

🤍 Wear White to Work Day

Today is Wear White to Work Day, a national initiative encouraging Australians to wear white in support of cancer awareness and prevention.
It’s a simple way to spark conversations, honour those affected, and show solidarity in the ongoing fight against cancer.

Whether you’re in an office, on site, or working from home, wearing white today is a small gesture that carries a powerful message of hope and support.
