A creative and supportive space for parents and children to slow down, connect and learn together 💛

Through creative arts, sensory activities and shared play, families will explore emotional awareness, co-regulation and practical ways to support big feelings.

✨ Children can practise recognising and expressing emotions
✨ Parents can build confidence in supporting co-regulation
✨ Families can connect through shared creative experiences
✨ Activities are playful, hands-on and designed for learning together

Our goal is to create opportunities for children and families to connect through meaningful activities, build skills together, and explore practical co-regulation strategies that can be used in everyday life.

Our final session is on 📆 Thursday 1 October from 1:30pm at Oakgrove Community Centre 🌿

Come along, enjoy some creative activities with your child, and have a chat with our experienced Creative Arts Counsellor about simple ways to support connection and co-regulation at home.
