Alexis brings a wealth of experience across medical and allied health settings, together with a calm, compassionate presence that I know our patients will value deeply. She has a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, sensitivity and genuine care, with the ability to make people feel supported, heard and at ease.
With training in counselling and a holistic background as a Reiki practitioner, Alexis understands that behind every appointment is a person with a story. That personal touch means so much in the work we do, particularly during vulnerable and emotional times.
I feel very fortunate to have Alexis joining us in this role and supporting our patients through such meaningful moments in their lives. Please join me in giving her a very warm welcome and wishing her every success.

Today we say a temporary goodbye to the wonderful Sarah as she starts her maternity leave and prepares to meet her baby in the coming weeks.

Sarah has been by my side for years, and it is hard to put into words how much she means to me, to our team, and to so many of our patients. She has been a constant source of warmth, kindness, reassurance and care through some of the biggest moments in people’s lives.

So many of you will know firsthand how special she is, and how much of herself she gives to others. She will be deeply missed by all of us.

There is something very special about seeing someone who has helped so many others on their journey to parenthood now begin her own. Sarah, we are so excited for you. Wishing you a smooth birth, a healthy baby, and endless happiness.

After an , the 10-day wait until your pregnancy test can feel like the longest stretch of time. Waiting, wondering and hoping… it’s completely normal to experience a mix of emotions during this period.

A few gentle reminders while you wait:
🛋️ Take things at a comfortable pace and rest when you need to
💧 Stay well hydrated
🩵 Focus on what you can control and try to be kind to yourself during the process
💬 Lean on your support network if you need it, you don’t have to go through this alone

Endometriosis doesn’t always mean infertility, but it can make conception more complex, which is why understanding your fertility earlier can be helpful.

As a fertility specialist, I work with patients with endometriosis to:

What she does goes far beyond administration. Sarah brings empathy, calm, and genuine care to every interaction, helping patients feel safe and understood during what can often be a very emotional time.

I usually keep this page focused on fertility. But today, I’m making an exception.
Fourteen years ago, a group of us in Israel made a simple video to the Iranian people: we don’t hate you. We want peace. We see you beyond politics and beyond governments.
What happened next was overwhelming. The video reached millions as Israelis and Iranians reached out to one another beyond politics and beyond governments.
The response we received from Iranians was unforgettable, ordinary people answering back with love and hope.
Today, as the world feels heavy again, I want to share that message once more. This is not a war with the Iranian people. It is a struggle against extremism and dictatorship, not against a beautiful nation and its people.
About 100 meters from where this video was filmed, a rocket landed today, killing a woman and injuring many others. My heart breaks seeing the pain and suffering on both sides, ordinary families affected by forces far beyond their control.
In this video I’m holding a tiny baby, my son, now 14 and taller than me. So much has changed. And yet, the message hasn’t.
To the Iranian people, we love you. We support you. We hope for a future where you can live freely and safely.
To my brothers and sisters in Israel, stay strong. Stay safe. Hold onto hope.
I care deeply for my Iranian and Israeli friends and worry for their and my loved ones I hope this painful chapter leads to something better for all of us.
And yes… look how young I was back then.
