🌙 WE'RE HIRING – NDIS SUPPORT WORKER (Night Shift)
📍 Location: Roxburgh Park, Victoria
🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Independence Home Care is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to join our growing team.
About the role:
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Provide assistance with self-care and personal care
- Support a male participant aged between 45–55 years
- Build a respectful, professional, and person-centred relationship
- Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
Essential Requirements:
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (Clear)
✅ Working with Children Check (if applicable)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✅ Valid Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
✅ National Police Check (if required)
✅ Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination (if required by participant or service agreement)
✅ Right to work in Australia
✅ Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach
Experience in personal care and supporting participants with NDIS is highly regarded.
