Excess breast gland, fat, and skin are removed whilst repositioning the nipple-ar**lar complex to a more lifted position. Incisions typically placed around the ar**la and vertically down to the breast fold, allowing precise shaping and minimal visible scarring.

I appreciate that this patient has allowed me to share their photographs. Thirteen months post bilateral reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) with liposuction to the axillary tail.
