🥳We have successfully passed our 2025 AGPAL Accreditation Assessment🥳

Being accredited means that our general practice is committed to a comprehensive program which involves:
✅ Engaging our whole practice team to review our practice's systems and processes.
✅ Opening our practice doors to allow a team of independent surveyors to assess how our practice operates.
✅ Achievement of the nationally recognised RACGP standards that focus on healthcare quality and patient safety.

⚠️ The results are in! ⚠️
After receiving close to 100 responses to our recent patient feedback surveys we can now reveal our lowest scoring areas and we want to make some improvements.

How will we improve?
✅ We will provide more information to patients around the privacy of their health record.
✅Our privacy policy will be available on our website and via a brochure in the waiting room.

We’re incredibly thankful to AusNet for awarding us an Energy Resilience Community Fund grant. This has enabled us to purchase a new backup power generator for Kallista Medical Centre. 💚

This important upgrade ensures we can continue delivering safe and efficient medical care during power outages. Our community is so grateful! 🥰

Nurses play a vital and irreplaceable role in delivering care, improving health outcomes, and strengthening overall healthcare systems at Kallista Medical Centre and at our sister clinics (Monbulk Family Clinic & Selby Family Clinic). We are so thankful to have such a passionate, skilled and caring nursing team at our clinic.
