It’s easy to feel like you should be doing more for your child but connection doesn’t come doing more, it comes from being with.

It comes from the moments where we feel heard, seen & loved.

These Flow and Grow Mini Wellbeing retreats are a chance to slow down & truly be with your child, tween or teen.

Through movement, touch, laughter, playfulness, shared creativity, breathing & relaxation, you will feel calmer, closer & more in sync.
