Happy Birthday to me!

My family have shown up in spectacular fashion buy not wishing me a happy birthday.

My heart is breaking because of family breakdown but I can not live with their lies or apathy. As I grow older I find it more and more difficult to contain myself when in their presence.

I am stuck in a CPSTD, maybe a TBI loop but it doesn’t matter. I will do what I do to rid myself of these symptoms - I take long calm breaths and I remind myself of all the good in my world.

Today I had a couple of couple of friends over to watch Project Hail Mary.

My cats bring me such joy and comfort.

My two puppies, yes they will be puppies forever, bring me something just as special - happiness. Yes, happiness.

Thank you each and everyone for taking time out of your day to wish me Happy Birthday. Thank you for believing in this humble human.

I ask that you would remember me in your prayers and/or good juju. Or write me a letter or meet me for coffee… or ?

1 Enid was quite concerned about the blob floating in the bedroom tonight. Lucky she calmed down quickly and was soon fast asleep. In the same room as the blob none the less.

I love the toilet conversations with AJ, they have always made me laugh sometimes having to stifle a giggle. Being 12 now I don’t have to help him with his 💩 but I still get the conversation 😂

They’ve developed this in Australia which is where I’m from 😊 I’ll have to show my Speech Therapist at the next appointment. I’ve been talking about where, when and all the w words I need to use communication aides and devices.
