Come and see me at Olympic Park Sports Medicine ☝🏽

Beyond excited to share that I’ve joined the team at the Victorian Institute of Sport as a Sports Dietitian! 💙

I’ll be working with athletes across the diving, gymnastics, surfing and water polo programs, helping them fuel for performance, recovery, health and long-term success.

It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented athletes and an incredible multidisciplinary team. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and I’m looking forward to this next chapter! 💪🏽

Coming back from a stress fracture? Nutrition matters more than you think.

Healing isn’t just rest — it’s:
- Adequate energy intake
- Consistent and adequate protein intake
- Sufficient carbohydrates
- Key nutrients like calcium and vitamin d

Rushing the process or under-fuelling can delay recovery.

Supporting your body properly now will set you up for a stronger return later.

So excited to officially be on board as an ambassador for 🙌🚴‍♀️

As a sports dietitian, I’m always on the look out for products and their products have quickly become a new favourite of mine.

Not only does it help me fuel my own training, but it’s also a brand I trust to support my athletes in meeting the demands of endurance sport.

Proper fuelling can be a game changer, and I love having reliable, practical options that make it easier to get it right — on the bike and beyond ✨

Low energy availability, inadequate carbohydrate intake, and poor recovery nutrition can all reduce bone strength over time.

As a sports dietitian, the key things I look at:
- Are you eating enough for your training load?
- Are carbs being periodised properly?
- Is recovery nutrition consistent?
- Are calcium + vitamin D needs being met?

Strong bones are built in the kitchen too 💪🏽

Last night at Niccolo was something special 💫

I had the absolute pleasure of presenting my new recipe eBook Breakaway Bites – The Cycling Cook Book to an incredible group of cyclists, runners and triathletes!

We dove deep into all things fuelling, under-fuelling, and REDs—conversations that matter so much for performance and long-term health.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, and brought such great energy.

This is just the beginning—more cooking, more learning, and more breaking away from old habits to fuel better 🚴‍♀️
