Sound Therapy is such an important part of my massage/healing practice.

I love beginning + ending each session with my healing instruments being played around and gently on the body.
It creates a beautiful sense of arrival at the beginning, gives the body and mind time to settle and integrate at the end.

Encouraging a deeper sense of calm and helps create space to reconnect with the body.
Not only will you hear the sounds, you feel them. Connecting right with your nervous system and brain waves. Brining those waves to a state of relaxation and into a dream world.

The ebb + flow of sound therapy and touch therapy is my signature treatment and offering such a unique experience.

Flowy + Rhythmic Movements 〰️

Putting you in a trance and calming that nervous system.
Total bliss having someone look after you!

We have lymphatic massage protocols that we treat by, but no persons needs are the exactly same + I like to change sequences to match that.

There’s always a chat at the start to express what areas need more attention and what you’re looking for.

The common issues I’m hearing in clinic… Facial tension, sore jaw and upper body tightness 😢
So many of us hold that stress in that area.

Why get the Buccal??

This treatment is perfect for all those issues, to help melt that tightness away.

I work on holistically easing the tension, stretching the skin and stretching inside the mouth to make you feel lighter.
This treatment also focuses on supporting lymphatic system, moving stagnate fluid and relaxation.

Clenching is muscle memory, reaction to stress and concentration. I also help to give you tips to manage the pain and hopefully help to get to a place where you feel more relaxed.

Do you check in with your body and feel what it is doing?
Clenching that jaw for hours without realising…. It’s a hard one to fix, we can tighten our muscles from habit, stress or concentration.

Face massage has the most amazing benefits…..the face, jaw and scalp have lots of sensory nerve endings.

Slow, gentle touch gives your brain safe, non-threatening sensory input, which can help shift your body toward a more relaxed state.

It can also help release areas where we unconsciously hold stress….especially the jaw, temples, forehead and around the eyes.

I work on softening the muscle muscles that have been holding on so tight. Stretching the skin around the face, neck and upper body.

I work on all areas of the upper body! It’s all connected and I hope it offered you some relief.

I also make sure I can give you some tips to manage at home. …in the hope our brain/body can lessen that muscle memory, relax and you can also get to know what your body needs.

Self soothing + self massage 🫶🏻

The most important thing I wanted to offer in my practice, is making sure I give each client the opportunity to share their story.
Each session starts with me knowing about what your body needs/wants and what’s been holding you down. (Or lifting you up).
We all need bodywork for different reasons and each treatment is catered to you.

Rushing appointments is not something I ever want to do or having short turn over times.

Also my body needs time too.

Share what you need… these are your treatments, your time and i hope each person that walks in feels how much I value them.

Having clients choose me to help them relax, uplift and hopefully ease some pain makes my heart happy…. And I hope you feel that in the treatment I give 💛

Let someone else look after you for a moment x

Love my new space at NIMBUS CO in Fitzroy & it’s been so nice to create this calming space.

X book in if you need some bodywork.

My ritual 🌞
each part of the treatment I have thoroughly thought of…I want to take my clients of a sensory journey.
The sounds, the smells, the touch, the warmth and the bodywork process.

Connecting with your breath and frequency is always my first step.

Grounding the mind and body with Sound Therapy.

Connecting with your energy and frequency in the body. Bringing your body back to vibrational harmony.

The warmth of towels on the face and chest is soooooo comforting. With added essential oils to take your mind to a calming space.

Stimulating the lymph nodes to allow proper drainage when massaging.
The body brush helping with the lymph fluid flow and also calming the skin.

Strong, rhythmic and purposeful strokes to your lymphatic facial massage.
Stretching the fascia and releasing tension on the face, neck and chest.

Each session begins and end with healing sounds.
First to ground and then to uplift and calm.
Easing you gently out of treatment.

Making you feel like you’re walking on a fluffy cloud when leaving your appointment 💛

some beautiful reviews 🫶🏻 I appreciate everyone of these clients that took their time to speak about my work and how they felt after treatment. Building this business all on my own and trying to make a living out of it definitely can be challenging…so these reviews help so much in getting the word out.

I love connecting with new people, I always make sure I give each client time to talk, express how their body feels and what they need. I also feel honoured that you feel safe with me to talk about personal experiences.
Holding space and understanding for each person in every session.

This year for me has been very challenging, heavy and difficult… so having this purpose with my business everyday makes me feel a little lighter.

Can’t wait to meet more amazing people 🌞
