this is brother meow.

he was very sure he was going to do this wrong.

too much soil. not enough soil. maybe the wrong pot. maybe the plant would somehow know he had no idea what he was doing.

but he started anyway.

and somewhere between the mess, the second-guessing, and getting dirt everywhere, he figured it out.

brother meow is learning that sometimes confidence doesn't come before the hard thing.

sometimes it shows up after, when you look at what you just managed and think, "oh. maybe i can trust myself a little more than i thought." 🤍
