After several wonderful years as Au Life Pilates, we’re excited to begin a new chapter with a new name, a refreshed studio and a brand that reflects what has always been at the heart of our studio.

Pure Reform Pilates is about personalised Pilates, expert guidance and a studio where you feel known.

Now proudly owned by Tarina Mullens, we’ll continue to offer the small classes, individual attention and supportive community our clients know and love — while introducing some fresh ideas and new classes along the way.

Whether you’ve been with us for years, haven’t visited for a while, or are thinking about trying Pilates for the first time, we’d love to welcome you into the studio.

A few weeks into this new chapter and there’s been plenty happening at the studio!

We’ve been busy refreshing the space with fresh paint, beautiful new arch mirrors, new equipment and furnishings — with more still to come.

We’ve also added some new classes to the timetable (book via link in bio):

👩🏻‍🍼 Mums & Bubs — Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10.30am
🙋🏼‍♂️ Men’s Reformer — starting with Mondays at 6.00am

And behind the scenes, something even bigger has been taking shape… our new brand is almost ready to share.

✨ New Mums & Bubs Pilates Classes are here! ✨

We’re excited to welcome our new Mums & Bubs classes, starting tomorrow 10.30am!

Mums & Bubs classes will be Every Tuesday & Thursday 💕

Designed to help new mums rebuild strength, improve core and pelvic floor stability, and enjoy gentle movement in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. It’s also a wonderful way to connect with other local mums.

We’d love to see you in the studio!

We are absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news!

AU LIFE PILATES will be continuing on, with our very own instructor, Tarina , taking over as the new owner.

Knowing that our community will stay together and that the studio will continue to thrive under Tarina’s care means the world to us. As someone who has been part of AU LIFE , she understands exactly what makes this space so special.

This is truly the best possible outcome, and we couldn’t be happier to see the studio continue with someone who already feels like family.
