I’m Grishma, I work as a Virtual Assistant for Psychologists in Private Practice. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk about all things administration, mental health, and research. I am passionate about helping psychologists manage their practice so they can focus on what matters the most: their clients AND their own self-care.

ual assistant that supports mental health practitioners with their admin-related tasks. I recently graduated with a B.Psych (Honours) degree from Deakin University and also hold a BSc. in Psychology, Forensic Science & History from Syracuse University (U.S.A).

👩🏽‍💻About Me ~

I'm embarking on a journey to one day become a fully registered psychologist. I started offering VA services because I was tired of working for unpaid internships and I wanted to live up to my potential. I’ve spent the past few years dipping my toes in many industries from a stint in Business Development at a boutique PR agency to a brief internship as a caseworker at a UK-based centre for destitute and refugee migrants.
