In recognition of Dying to Know Day, patients, families, carers and community members are invited to attend a Q&A panel hosted by the Austin Hospital Palliative Care team, Cancer Services and people with lived experience.
This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about serious illness, death and dying in a safe, supportive environment.
Dying to Know Day is an annual campaign designed to normalise conversations about death, dying and bereavement. Its purpose is to empower individuals to consider their end-of-life choices and legal planning before it's too late.
This will be a hybrid event, so while we encourage you to attend in person, space is limited and you may also join us live online.
