✨ Meet the Navigation Crew! ✨
There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Canine Comprehension right now, and we’re very excited to introduce the team helping navigate us into our next chapter. 💙🐾
Our Navigation Crew brings together four fabulous humans with different skills, perspectives and experience — but one very important thing in common: a genuine belief in what Canine Comprehension can do for young people, schools and communities.
🐾 Sarah – CEO & Founder
Sarah founded Canine Comprehension with a big idea: that the connection between young people and dogs could create powerful opportunities for learning, confidence and belonging. She continues to guide our vision, partnerships and future direction, while making sure we never lose the heart of why we started.
🐾 Kiera – General Manager
Kiera connects the dots across the whole organisation, turning our purpose and strategy into practical action. With extensive experience in leadership, organisational development and supporting people to thrive, she helps remove barriers, strengthen our systems and make sure our team has what it needs to do brilliant work.
🐾 Alison – Head of People & Culture
Alison looks after the humans (and, by extension, quite a few dogs!) who make Canine Comprehension possible. She leads our people, culture and professional development work, helping us build a skilled, supported and connected team where everyone can bring their best to the young people we work with.
🐾 Lisa – Partner Success Manager
Lisa helps ensure our schools and community partners feel genuinely supported throughout their journey with Canine Comprehension. Having worked alongside the organisation for many years as a trusted business coach, she brings a deep understanding of our work, our values, and what our partners need to build strong and successful relationships with us.
Together, our Navigation Crew keeps Canine Comprehension moving in the right direction, supporting our team, strengthening our partnerships, improving how we work, and dreaming (and planning) what comes next.
