🦆 Animal therapy can provide a calming and comforting experience, helping reduce stress, encourage connection and create a sense of wellbeing. For our participant, spending time with the animals offered a peaceful opportunity to slow down, enjoy the surroundings and connect at their own pace.

🌿 With the support of their Support Worker, it was a beautiful day of gentle interactions, fresh air and positive connection.

There are some key NDIS changes that took effect from October 1, 2026.
⭐️ Importantly, this does not mean everyone’s funding suddenly changes on 1 October.
The changes will begin when a new plan is approved or when your plan is reassessed from 1 October 2026.

🤝 Every participant’s situation is different, and we understand that changes to funding can feel overwhelming.

Sometimes everyone needs a little time to reset 💛
At Top Grade Care, our Respite & Recharge services are about supporting the whole family.

Respite gives caregivers and families some well-deserved time to step back, rest, catch up on life or simply recharge, all while knowing their loved one is supported and cared for.

Recharge is about our participants. This time gives them the opportunity to get out, enjoy new experiences, connect with others and have some time to themselves too. 😊

Looking after everyone means making sure everyone gets a chance to recharge.
