💙 CONGRATULATIONS ALEX 💙

It is with enormous pride and excitement that we announce the official promotion of Alex to Operations Coordinator at All Care Plus! 👏🎉

Every now and then, you come across someone who truly embodies everything your organisation stands for. Someone who doesn't just turn up to do a job, but genuinely cares about the people, the team and the success of the organisation.

Alex is one of those people.
Alex is without question one of the hardest-working and most dedicated individuals I have had the pleasure of working alongside.
From managing staff and supporting participants to personally stepping in and covering shifts when needed, Alex has never been someone to sit back and watch others do the hard work. He rolls up his sleeves, leads by example and does whatever it takes to get the job done.

But what makes Alex truly special isn't just his work ethic. It's his character.
He genuinely cares about our participants, their wellbeing and the outcomes we achieve for them. He looks after his colleagues, supports his team and consistently puts the needs of All Care Plus and the people we support at the forefront of everything he does.

Alex doesn't just wear the All Care Plus blue. He bleeds it! 💙
He's a fantastic teammate, a trusted colleague and someone who has become an incredibly valuable part of the All Care Plus family.
As the Founder & Director of All Care Plus, there is nothing more rewarding than watching good people grow, succeed and earn the recognition they deserve.

Alex, congratulations on your promotion! 👏
You've worked incredibly hard for this opportunity, and you've earned every bit of it. Thank you for your loyalty, your dedication, your commitment and everything you continue to give to All Care Plus.

We are incredibly fortunate to have you on our team, and I have no doubt that you will continue to achieve amazing things in your new role.

The future of All Care Plus is brighter because of people like you.

Please join us in congratulating Alex on this fantastic achievement! 💙👏🎉

💙 A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO THESE TWO LEGENDS! 💙

Dad Kaine and the legend himself, Mr Jaxx! 🌟

These two have been out there absolutely smashing life together — and we love seeing every minute of it!

🌭 Bunnings Sausages! Yumm! 🤤
🍄 Book Week! Mr Jaxx transformed into Super Mario and absolutely nailed it!
💯 100 days of school! DONE! What an awesome milestone!

It’s the big achievements, the little adventures and all the everyday moments in between that make the best memories.

And behind this little legend is a pretty incredible dad who continues to show up, encourage him, celebrate every win and make sure Jaxx gets every opportunity to enjoy life and be himself. 💙

100 days down and plenty more adventures to come!

Keep smashing it, Kaine and Jaxx. We’re incredibly proud to have you both as part of the All Care Plus family. 🌟💙

💙 FELIX CONTINUES TO KICK GOALS! 🏉🏅

What a day for Felix! 🙌

Felix and his team came away with a fantastic win against Parkside today, which means they’re now heading into the semi-finals in two weeks! 🔥🏉

But the wins didn’t stop there…
Felix was also awarded the Spirit of the Panthers Award! 🏅🐾

We absolutely love seeing Felix out there doing what he enjoys, being part of his team, building confidence and, most importantly, living life and having a great time doing it.

These are the moments we love celebrating at All Care Plus. 💙

Congratulations Felix! Enjoy this one, you’ve earned it. Now bring on the semi-finals! 💪😎
