Good vibes, great company, and beautiful gratitude stones.

🧘‍♀️✨Our YDSS Crafty Connections group had an amazing afternoon of mindfulness, sharing laughs and getting creative.

In honour of world gratitude day, we custom-painted gratitude stones to remind us of the power of connection and all the things we have to be grateful for in our lives. From the big milestones to the small daily comforts, and most importantly, the supportive community we build together.

🎨💖Our Crafty Connections group is all about building meaningful social connections, fostering inclusion, and creating a space where everyone belongs. Each stone tells a story of what we are thankful for! 🫶✨

When was the last time you traded your screen for a fishing rod? 🎣

It has been way too long, and we are officially overdue for another epic day out on the pier! 🌊

There is nothing quite like hitting the lake or the coast with our crew.

Beyond the thrill of the catch, group fishing is the ultimate reset button. Spending a day laughing , sharing stories, and completely unplugging does absolute wonders for your mental health.

It’s not just about the fish—it’s about the mateship, the fresh air, and recharging your battery with the people who keep you grounded.

Last time we went fishing it was such a fun day out, we have pleanty of rods!
