Hopefully you’re ready to bound into a great weekend that feels a bit like this! Full of energy, fresh air and something to smile about.

But if things feel heavy, flat, or harder than usual, that’s okay too, and you do not have to carry it on your own.

If you ever need to talk, Lifeline is here. Call 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14.

None of what we do at Lifeline Narrm would be possible without the generosity, care and commitment of our volunteers.

During National Volunteer Week, we want to celebrate the people who give their time to help keep our services running and our community supported.

To every volunteer who shows up, pitches in and helps make this work possible, thank you.

The Push Up Challenge is back, which means it is time to register, rally your team, and start gently reminding your arms they still work: https://www.thepushupchallenge.com.au/beneficiary/lifeline-narrm-vic

Start training now, take it steady, and remember to push up safely because nobody wants their fundraising journey to end face first in the carpet.

Happiness doesn’t always look like sunshine and highlight reels.

Sometimes it looks like getting through the day. Asking for help, or quietly deciding things can’t keep going the way they are and taking the first small step toward change can feel huge.

We’re here to talk that first step through with you. Call Lifeline 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14.

The Push Up Challenge is back for its landmark 10th year, running June 3 to 26, and now is the time to start thinking about registering and getting those arms ready.

This year we want to make it one to remember, so whether you're a seasoned challenger or a first timer, we'd love to have you join us and push for better mental health outcomes.

Head to www.thepushupchallenge.com.au for more information and to register.

This ANZAC Day, we honour the courage and sacrifice of those who served and we also hold space for the quiet battles that continue long after the guns fall silent, carried by veterans, their families and all those who grieve.

The spirit of mateship that defines ANZAC reminds us that no one should have to face their darkest moments alone and that reaching out for support is its own form of strength.

If you or someone you love is struggling today, we're here for you, every hour of every day. Call 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14.

Hearing Prince Harry speak at the InterEdge Summit and give his time so generously offered a powerful insight into lived experience, grounding the conversation in something real and deeply human.

What made it even stronger was the calibre of voices around him, with experts and leaders bringing research, strategy and practical tools to the table. From frontline experience to academic insight, the depth across the speaker lineup gave every conversation real weight.

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended across the two days, with plenty more moments and photos to share over the coming days.
