Julian is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who offers a warm, grounded, and compassionate approach to therapy. Using gentle curiosity and collaborative support, he helps individuals better understand themselves, their relationships, emotional patterns, and life experiences in a safe and supportive space.
Julian works with individuals, young people, neurodivergent clients, parents, and LGBTIQA+ communities, including those who may have previously struggled to connect with therapy. He supports people experiencing trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addictions, attachment wounds, low confidence, self-injury, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
His approach focuses on supporting people to feel more present, connected to themselves, and empowered to make changes that align with their values. Julian recognises that healing is not about “fixing” a person, but understanding the whole individual and their lived experiences with compassion and care.
Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, IFS, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, Julian works collaboratively to help people build self-awareness, resilience, emotional safety, and meaningful long-term change.
He believes therapy should feel safe, genuine, and supportive — especially for those who may feel stuck, disconnected, or unheard.
