We’re delighted to welcome Natalie Bryson, Provisional Psychologist, to the ManAsha Psychology team 🌿

Natalie works with young people (15+) and adults, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, school stress, neurodivergence, low mood, life transitions and parenting challenges.

With over 10 years of experience working in school settings, Natalie understands the pressures young people and families face today. Alongside evidence-based psychology, she incorporates mindfulness and body-based practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Natalie is also a qualified yoga teacher, bringing a holistic understanding of the mind–body connection into her work.

Her goal is to create a warm, supportive and safe space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard.

We’re pleased to introduce Vasundhara, a psychologist at ManAsha Psychology with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health concerns.

Vasundhara has extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, and brings a deeply compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Her work is informed by years of supporting clients through complex life experiences, helping them make sense of their stories and move toward healing and resilience.

She is passionate about creating a safe, respectful and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their personal growth.
