Good morning friends,
The weekend has arrived, and I find myself awake early enjoying the stillness of the morning as I prepare for my day of private sittings with Spirit.

Over the years I have come to realise that the true magic of mediumship is not simply in receiving information or evidence from the Spirit world. The real magic lies in the healing that often follows. It is in the tears that soften into smiles, the burdened hearts that feel a little lighter, and the moments when someone realises their loved one has never truly left them at all.

When Spirit steps close, they remind us that love survives death. Relationships do not end when a physical life ends. The bond remains. The connection remains. The love remains. Sometimes all it takes is a memory, a phrase, a mannerism or a piece of evidence that only a loved one would know, and suddenly the distance between the two worlds does not seem quite so great.

Grief is the price we pay for love, and mediumship cannot take that grief away. Nor should it. But what it can do is offer comfort, hope and reassurance that those we hold in our hearts continue their journey in the Spirit world. They still know us. They still love us. They still walk beside us more often than we realise.

And perhaps one of the greatest comforts of all is knowing that one day, when our own earthly journey is complete, a beautiful reunion awaits. Until then, we continue to live, to love, to learn and to carry our loved ones with us in our hearts.

As I begin another day serving Spirit, I do so with gratitude. Gratitude for the trust of my clients, gratitude for the privilege of this work, and gratitude to Spirit for allowing me to be a small part of something so sacred.

Have you ever ignored a feeling about something, only to discover later that your first instinct was right?
I think most of us have.

Our intuition is one of the greatest gifts we possess, yet it is often the one thing we doubt the most. We look for proof, reassurance, or someone else to confirm what we already know deep within ourselves.

Your intuition is not fear. It is not overthinking. It is that quiet inner knowing that arrives without drama and simply say
“Pay attention!”

Over the years I have learned to respect those feelings. Not because I am a medium, but because life has shown me time and time again that when I ignored them, things rarely ended well.
Trust what you sense. Trust what you feel. Your soul is constantly communicating with you and guiding you towards what serves your highest good.

Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is listen to that still, small, powerful voice within.

No matter how educated, talented, wealthy or admired a person may be, none of those things truly define them.

In the end, it is kindness that is remembered.
It is the way we make others feel.
It is the respect we show when there is nothing to gain.
It is the compassion we offer when someone is struggling.
It is the hand we extend, the patience we show, and the grace we give.

Titles fade, achievements come and go, and material things have little meaning when all is said and done. What remains is the imprint we leave on the hearts of others.

Be successful if you can. Be accomplished if you wish. But above all, be kind.

The world could always use more of that.

There is no doubt in my mind that Angels walk beside us throughout our earthly journey.

Their presence is gentle yet powerful, and their love is unlike anything I can truly put into words. Many people ask me if Angels are real, why don’t they step in and prevent every tragedy?

What has been shown to me through my own experiences is that Angels cannot interfere when a soul has reached the time chosen to return home. What they can do is lovingly support, comfort and accompany that soul as they make their transition back into the Spirit world.

I have personally experienced Angel intervention on several occasions in my life. On two of those occasions I came very close to losing my life. Yet somehow, help arrived in ways that felt beyond coincidence. Clearly, my journey here was not yet complete and there was still work for me to do.

The energy of the Angelic realm is one of the most beautiful, loving and high frequency energies I have ever encountered. It brings a sense of peace, protection and reassurance that is deeply felt within the soul.

And let us not forget the Earth Angels among us. Those everyday people who appear at just the right moment, offering a helping hand, a kind word, a listening ear or support when we need it most. They too are part of the Angelic presence at work in our world.

Angels are real. Their love is real. Their guidance is real and whether seen or unseen, they walk beside us more often than we realise.

Friendships are a precious part of life’s journey. Some friends walk beside us every day, while others, through no fault of anyone, drift gently into the background as life becomes busier with family, work, responsibilities and the changing seasons of life.

Yet just because the connection is no longer what it once was, it doesn’t mean it has been lost.

I often think of people who have shared parts of my journey over the years. The laughter, the conversations, the support, the memories we created together remain safely tucked away in my heart. Time and distance may change how often we see one another, but they cannot erase what was real.

Not every friendship is meant to stay exactly the same forever. Some are there for a season, some for a lifetime, and some simply take a quieter place in our lives. But they are still remembered, still appreciated and still loved.

As we continue moving forward on our own paths, we carry those beautiful memories with us. They become part of who we are and part of the story of our lives.

To old friends, near or far, thank you for walking part of the journey with me. You are remembered more often than you may ever know.

One of the hardest lessons in life is learning to trust the timing of things.
As human beings, we can become impatient when our prayers seem unanswered, when opportunities don’t arrive as quickly as we’d hoped, or when life feels as though it has placed us in a waiting room.
We want answers now. We want movement now. We want certainty now.

Yet so often, when we look back, we can see that what we were waiting for arrived at exactly the right time. Not always when we wanted it, but when we were ready for it.
There are things unfolding behind the scenes that we cannot yet see. Doors being prepared. Lessons being learned. Strength being built. People being brought into our path at the perfect moment.

Trust does not mean doing nothing. It means continuing to move forward while having faith that what is meant for you will not pass you by.
Take a breath, soften your grip on the outcome, and trust the process a little more today.

What is for you will arrive in its proper time.

Today I look forward to another day of private sittings with Spirit and sharing their love, memories, and presence with my clients.

One of the greatest lessons Spirit has taught me is trust. Trusting the images they place in my mind, the words they impress upon me, and the feelings they ask me to share. Sometimes the smallest detail can seem insignificant to me, yet it becomes the very thing that touches the heart of the person sitting before me.

That is the beauty of Spirit. They know exactly what is needed. Not only to bring evidence of their continued existence, but to reach beyond the mind and touch the soul.

A truly meaningful reading is more than information. It is a feeling. A presence. A moment when something deep within you recognises that your loved one is still there, still loving you, still aware of your life.

The power of Spirit knows no bounds. Souls may leave this earthly life, but the bonds of love remain unbroken. The connection continues, and when Spirit draws close, it has the ability to touch us in ways that words alone never could.

I never take that privilege for granted.

We spend so much of our lives doing, planning, rushing and thinking about what comes next that we often forget the value of simply being.

There is something deeply restorative about sitting quietly for a little while with no expectations, no noise and nowhere you need to be. Just allowing yourself to breathe, to settle, and to appreciate the simple gift of the moment.

Some of life’s most beautiful moments are found in the stillness. A warm cup of tea, the morning sun on your face, the pleasure of gazing into the flame of a fire. These small things may seem insignificant, yet they have a way of gently bringing us back to ourselves.

Once my day of private sittings is complete, I plan to do exactly that, slow down, sit in the silence, and enjoy some much-needed downtime.

What a lovely evening we shared at Rosslyn Sanctuary tonight.

Considering the rain and wild weather outside, it was wonderful to see so many people come along to sit in the presence of Spirit and support our Rosslyn community. Your ongoing support is always appreciated and never taken for granted.

The presence of Spirit was beautiful throughout the evening, and there were some lovely messages, memories and moments shared by Colette O’Riley, Suzanne Hatcher, Alison Foley and myself. Thank you all for bringing your gifts and serving Spirit so beautifully.

A special thank you to Colette Riley for stepping in for William McIlvaney at short notice. We certainly missed you tonight, William, and we hope you are feeling much better very soon.

To everyone who braved the weather to join us, thank you. It is always lovely to gather together and share an evening where Spirit can touch hearts, bring comfort and remind us that love continues.

Rosslyn Sanctuary will now take a little break over July, and we will return on Thursday 27th August. Until then, stay safe, keep well, and we’ll see you all again in August, shining brightly for Spirit.
