I'm co-founder of Victoria Beach Tennis, the first ITF beach tennis club in Melbourne. Hi, I'm Paula — physiotherapist based in Melbourne, originally from Chile, with 12+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal health. I work with people who want to stay active and move well at every stage of life. I've worked with elite athletes and everyday movers across soccer, futsal, trail running, martial arts, tennis, beach tennis, calisthenics, slacklining and more. I'm co-founder of Victoria Beach Tennis and proudly served as physiotherapist for Team Chile at the 2025 Beach Tennis World Cup. My current focus is bone health — supporting women diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis through evidence-based exercise at Melbourne Physiotherapy Pilates & Fitness Group, where I run group sessions Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
