We offer workshops, retreats, women's circles and kids yoga in Bayside. Want to help your family reduce anxiety, feel more resilience, and build more strength, flexibility in mind and body? We have fun and meaningful kids, teens and family yoga. If you're wanting to delve deeper into the healing potential of yoga, learn to meditate or advance your practice we run a range of workshops and programs

as well as offering private and small group sessions. We offer Kids yoga and mindfulness for schools and Thriving Teens a mindset mastery program runs each term

Sometimes it’s hard to know who’s having more fun - me or the kids in kids yoga!
We all loved our Christmas themed 🎄final class of 2025

As well as lots of fun with sleigh, reindeer, snow angels and Christmas tree inspired poses, star breath ⭐️kept us balanced and grounded and the Christmas cave meditation reminded each child of the light in their heart and that sharing this light is a true gift to the world ✨
