Tomorrow Night | Hybrid Class – 6:00 pm

Looking for a workout that will challenge you, improve your fitness and leave you feeling accomplished?

Our Hybrid class combines cardio, strength and functional training in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re training for HYROX, looking to lose weight or simply wanting to improve your overall fitness, this class is for you. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to scale every workout.

Tomorrow’s session:

• 3 x 10-minute work blocks
• Assault Bike + Walking Lunges
• SkiErg + Farmer’s Carry
• Row + Burpee Broad Jumps
• Finish with 100 Push-ups as a team challenge

Our coaches will guide you through the session, encourage you along the way and make sure you get the most out of every workout.

Bookings are essential as this class is limited to 20 participants.

Packed classes this morning!

Great to see another strong turnout for both our Cycle class with Wes and our 6 a.m. Hybrid class.

The Hybrid sessions are really building momentum as more people start preparing for Melbourne HYROX in December, and it’s great to see everyone putting in the work.

Just a reminder that we also have our Hybrid class every Monday at 6 p.m.

To make sure everyone has enough space and equipment, we are capping Hybrid classes at 20 people, so don’t forget to book your spot.

Monday – 6:00 pm
Friday – 6:00 am

Every session has a purpose. Our training focuses on improving your running, station efficiency, transitions and race fitness—so you can turn up on event day ready to perform.

All the equipment you need, plenty of space to train, and coaches who understand the demands of the sport, we’ve built a great environment for anyone serious about improving.

If you’re training for HYROX Melbourne (or your next HYROX event), we’d love to have you join us.

Micky’s Fitness is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified Personal Trainer to join our team in Research.

We’ve had a number of enquiries from people looking for Personal Training, and we already have clients waiting to be trained.

If you’re passionate about helping people achieve results and are looking for a gym where you can continue to grow your PT business, we’d love to hear from you.
