This moment in time is asking something deeper of us - the answer isn’t to harden our hearts to the world, it is time to really remember them.

Goddess practice invites us to return to what is timeless: intuition over fear, compassion over division, presence over distraction. She reminds us that true power is not found in control, but in our capacity to listen deeply, to nurture, to create, and to love courageously.

This is why retreat matters.

When we step away from the demands of everyday life and gather in sacred community, something profound begins to unfold. Through yoga, meditation, puja, shared stories, laughter, stillness, and ritual, we reconnect with the truest parts of ourselves—and in doing so, we reconnect with each other.

Nature becomes our greatest teacher. The rhythm of the ocean, the wisdom of the trees, the warmth of the sun and the quiet beauty of the earth remind us that we have always belonged. As we slow down enough to receive these gifts, we remember that healing is not separate from the natural world—it is woven into it.

When we nourish ourselves in this way, our healing ripples far beyond us. We return home with fuller hearts, clearer vision, and a renewed capacity to serve our families, our communities, and the world with authenticity, grace, and purpose.

The world doesn’t need more people running on empty.
It needs more people who are deeply rooted, open-hearted, and courageous enough to embody the sacred feminine in everyday life.

May we remember that coming home to ourselves is never an act of escape—it is an act of service.

The more deeply we root into our own wisdom, the more beautifully we rise together.
Thank you to all the wonderful souls who joined us in Tejakula for our 3rd fire and nectar retreat, what a truly magical week!

Nataraj Chaitanya such a pleasure and an honour to walk this path of devotion alongside you 💓🌺💓

Grab a doona, get cosy…it’s time to breathe 💓 Next course begins in July 💓
From my Winter newsletter (dm if you’d like the whole thing sent)-

…In a culture that celebrates constant productivity and forward motion, I can feel Winter gently reminding me of the wisdom of stillness, rest, and retreat. It is the season of the cocoon.
There is a beautiful moment in the life of a caterpillar when it enters the chrysalis. Before becoming a butterfly, it does not simply grow wings…inside the cocoon, the caterpillar dissolves. Everything familiar turns to liquid, to mush. The old form must completely surrender before a new one can emerge.
In many ways, we are living through a similar collective transformation. The old patriarchal structures and ways of being that have shaped our world are showing signs of collapse. What comes next is not yet formed. We find ourselves between worlds—no longer what we were, not yet what we will become.
If I am in my head this in-between space feels uncertain and scary, and, if I’m in my heart it feels seductively mysterious & sacred. I’m doing my best to stay with the heart here…
Winter invites us to trust the intelligence of the cocoon. To turn inward. To listen deeply. To rest in the mystery rather than rushing toward answers. Beneath the surface, transformation is already happening...

From my newsletter today - dm for the whole thing ✨
…Our nervous systems are not designed to hold a constant stream of distress. So we find ways to adapt, to survive the day. We soften the edges in whatever ways we can. This is coping, and it works, sort of.

The thing is, we don’t get to selectively numb - this but not that. When we shut down to avoid pain, we also dull our capacity for joy. When we disconnect to protect ourselves, we also distance from creativity, from presence, from ourselves and from each other. The same mechanisms that shield us are quietly closing the doors on what make us feel most alive - on the stuff that makes us remember our humanity.
When I noticed myself numbing out this year I made extra commitment to my practice, to feeling my pain and to reclaiming my joy. Not toxic forced positivity. Not pretending things are okay when they’re not. But gently, courageously, re-orienting to connection.

Connection to breath.
Connection to body.
Connection to the present moment, just as it is.

This is the invitation of practice, always waiting for you to return.

And as I returned to the heart of the real a beautiful idea began to surface - a vision of community & connection. A vision of the radical possibility held in the vibration of peace, hope and pure loving kindness.

And this is how my new course Breath Medicine emerged.

The last time I felt a course move through me like this was during the covid lockdowns...and I vividly remember how important it was to create a space of connection, breath & community - to remain open and to move through unknown territory together.

If things have felt heavy and difficult to navigate lately, you’re absolutely not alone. We may not know what is on the other side, but we don’t have to numb our way through.

This is your invitation to come back to your breath, and come back to practice….
