Monday Motivation 💜✨

A new week is a fresh opportunity to move forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out — focus on what you can control, celebrate the small wins, and keep taking one step at a time.

Remember, progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. 🌱

Here’s to a positive week ahead! 💜

Self-Care Sunday 💜

Kindness isn’t only something we give to others — it can be part of caring for ourselves too. 🌷

This Sunday, choose one small act of kindness: compliment someone, send a thank-you message, help a neighbour, or simply speak a little more kindly to yourself. Small actions can brighten someone’s day and strengthen our sense of connection and wellbeing. ✨

What act of kindness will you choose today? 💜

Connection doesn't always have to be a big gesture. Sometimes it's as simple as sending a message, sharing a coffee, or checking in with someone you care about.

This Loneliness Awareness Week, challenge yourself to make room for connection. Small moments of kindness and genuine conversation can make a meaningful difference—not only for others, but for your own wellbeing too.

Which of these will you try this week?

💜 Call a friend
💜 Check in on a loved one
💜 Share a meal with family or friends
💜 Invite someone for a walk
💜 Put your phone away during conversations

Together, we can help create a more connected community, one conversation at a time.

💧 Tuesday Tips 💧
Did you know that even mild dehydration can affect your concentration, memory, mood, and energy levels?
Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your brain and overall wellbeing.
💙 This week, try:
• Keep a water bottle within reach.
• Drink a glass of water before your morning coffee.
• Set reminders throughout the day to sip regularly.
Small habits can make a big difference. Stay hydrated and take care of your mind and body! 💦

💛 Loneliness Awareness Week | 3–9 August

This Loneliness Awareness Week, let's make room for connection.

Loneliness can affect anyone, regardless of age or circumstance. A simple conversation, a kind message, or spending time with someone can make a meaningful difference.

Take a moment this week to reach out to a friend, family member, neighbour, or colleague. Small acts of connection can have a lasting impact.

If you're finding loneliness or isolation difficult to manage, remember that support is available—you don't have to face it alone. 💜

Self-Care Sunday 🌿

Scrolling isn't the only way to unwind. Sometimes the best way to recharge is to step away from your screen and do something that nourishes your mind and body.

This week, try swapping just 15–30 minutes of scrolling for something that leaves you feeling refreshed:
📖 Read a book
🚶 Take a walk
📞 Call a friend
🍳 Try a new recipe
☕ Enjoy a mindful coffee or tea break

Small changes can have a big impact on your wellbeing. Which one will you try today? 💜

AAPi advocacy has secured an important outcome for provisionally registered psychologists.

When the NDIA released the 2026-27 NDIS Pricing Arrangements, we identified the omission of billing guidance for provisionally registered psychologists and urgently raised the issue with them.

We continued advocating for a solution, highlighting the impacts on providers, participants and employers.

We are pleased that the NDIA has now released an updated pricing schedule that includes the guidance we called for.
