Movement for me is transformation. When I can drop ideas of self and let my body be moved - it’s magical. It’s connection to the divine, psychic peace, Shamanic transfiguration. It’s such an authentic way to connect with others, and to know myself.

I love that this course is set in nature, so that we rise with the birds, stretching as they sing us awake, watching the sky change colour & feeling the heat of the day slowly build.
