What’s an exercise snack?
Just like food snacks, they’re small, intentional moments that support strength, fitness, and recovery without needing a full workout.
I’ll share one exercise or movement choice each day until Christmas that you can do seated or standing, or simply rest when your body needs it.
I’m a physiotherapist for people in larger bodies, and this series is about realistic movement for real life, not “perfect exercise”, just movement that counts.

Every snack counts, including rest. Let’s keep moving to Christmas 🎄
